THE CHRON: A man was in the hospital battling for his life after he was wounded in a shooting in northwest Houston early last Friday.
The shooting happened about 2:50 a.m. in the 5500 block Antoine near W. Tidwell, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police said the victim, whose name was not released, was rushed to a nearby hospital. The man’s condition was not released, but police said he underwent surgery.
Police said investigators are trying to determine what sparked the shooting. Police added that it appeared the victim was wounded possibly either during a robbery or an attempted robbery. Investigators have no suspects in the case.
